Shipping info

Please allow 1-3 days for your item(s) to be shipped after an order is placed.

For pre-orders/made to order: please allow at least 2-5 weeks for production and delivery.

International orders
International orders may be subject to pay duties and taxes, which is the responsibility of the customer and is out of our direct control. Please allow 10-15 days for your order to arrive once the item is in transit.

Refunds and exchange policy
Exchanges are completely at our discretion. We do not accept returns and we do not issue refunds. (If you have issues with your order please contact us).

Chargebacks are not allowed. By purchasing you agree that all chargebacks are in violation of our policies and the amount is to be reinstated to the seller, and every chargeback that is disputed is to be in favor of the seller.

Lost packages
We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages. The customer takes full responsibility when purchasing. Please contact USPS, or your local carrier to locate your package, and or file a lost package report. (If you have issues with your order please contact us.)

Incorrect address
We are NOT responsible for incorrect addresses. Address changes can be made if the order has not yet been shipped. If an item fails to deliver due to an incorrect address the buyer will have to pay the fees for the item to be reshipped (if the order is returned to sender).
